1. The donor can claim the refund if the amount is deducted twice from the account.
The donor has to claim for the refund within 7 days of deduction by sending the proof of deduction via email at email@example.com and can contact directly at +91 8180114006.
Once we've received a call or email we can process the refund, a donor will receive the funds back into the account used within 5 - 10 working days.
The amount will be refunded after deduction of transaction charges (3% approx).
